Spread the love

One of the first things that each backpacker in Sydney is most considering, is the best place to obtain a beer after a difficult day of sightseeing! We now have complied a list of the top 10 rsl clubs sydney, bars, wineries, motels, and general alcohol-based venues to look at if you’re travelling to Sydney.
The Local Taphouse

The decor is actually described as being much like an English club. The Local Taphouse has a enormous array of different brewskies, food that is delightful but not ridiculously pricey, and a good mix of melodies on the sound system. They also provide theme nights, similar to Beer and Chinese, Alcohol Diva, etc … so if you like beer, this is the venue for you!
Durty Nelly’s

If you can successfully ignore the loud, drunken Irishmen (many hikers in Sydney consider these people part of the charm, although!), the food here is called ‘luscious’. There is nothing too expensive – if you’re into good steak and a nice selection of beers, you will not be disappointed.
Riverview Hotel

The particular Riverview Hotel is one of several heritage-listed pubs in easy reach of your city main backpackers in Sydney. It costs itself as a mixture of ‘old world charm and modern-day cuisine’, and the punters concur. Most comment that will it is ‘unpretentious’; ‘polished but not snobbish’; and often ‘delicious’!
Brass Monkey

How can you resist a title like that?! Brass Monkey’s emphasis is music and refreshments – they do assist food, but in the comments that ‘I consider the food is just so they are able to have a liquor license’, you may be best advised to eat at your Sydney backpackers before you arrive!

Shakespeare Hotel
The meals offer generous, well cooked will serve … and cost around $10! Recption menus has something for all – if you are simply looking to get out of your hostel for any little while, Shakespeare Hotel is the place to visit.
Red Oak Boutique beer cafe

Beer connoisseurs will enjoy Red Oak. It’s npt merely a choice between gentle and heavy – you can get framboise, Belgian chocolate stout, actual Guinness, blackberry hefe … not a VB can in sight. They also have tasting boards that complement the brews, but manage to stay quite down to earth.
Water Bar

Your building is probably one of the most dazzling features of the Water Bar – great ambience and a really chic design. They have a great cocktail selection, and plenty of platters available to share. Drag some of the other backpackers from your Sydney hostel along along with you.
Lord Nelson Brewery

The building is supposed to be haunted … maybe that’s why you fall under such a ‘dead’ sleep following a good night at the Lord Nelson! This is a real figure pub – they have a range of boutique beers brewed specially for your venue which are generally awesome.
Madame Fling Flong

Another one to visit purely for the authentic name! This is a ‘couch bar’ using delicious tapas and desserts and an enjoyable atmosphere.
Bambini Wine Room

Vey much focused on the wine – you can find 20 or so bottles of wine available by the glass, and complimentary snack platters involving breadsticks, olives and nuts. Thursday and Friday nights get very active – head out on the weekday to avoid the actual crowds.
